Overcharging for poor product. Too many senior staff doing nothing to actually make the company money.
Better pay, less Chiefs, more workers. Stop overcharging customers for poor product. Stop sending work overseas. Cut senior staff in half or more.
Coworkers need to stop picking the easy jobs and start actually working. doing their share of the actual work that is needed to be done.
Completely undervalued, too much stress placed on serving the customer with not enough manpower. This company needs to reconfigure fast. Senior management overpaid and overstaffed. While my yearly raise does not keep up with inflation. Company on a crash course.
Need to get better at leading, cutting down cost and providing true service to the customer. When you cut you actual working staff to skeleton crew, you are unable to provide excellent service to the customer and will lose them. Which is currently happening. Senior leadership should be cut inhalf
