Our team doesn't work together very well.

Management doesn't work well together. Store management often cures or yell at staff members.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It's a VERY hostile unpleasant environment. I would NEVER recommend that company to my WORSE enemy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Work together as a team, support their employees and above all else investigate problems when its brought to their attention.
