What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone exceeds expectations and go above and beyond
They're so busy I almost never get to see them for long period of time.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Care more about the employees
Leadership is lacking in good true leadership over ivy league MBA's.
Communication with all departments and lower level employee

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Absolutely. I was passed up on 2 positions because of “attendance” but it’s because I was given points for days that I was actually present and on
For what's expected and the current market value for my position i'm underpaid
I would feel better with regular raises and bonuses
Very hard worker, show up to work everyday, never late. Underpaid and never recognized for the work I do
What are some of the best things about your team?
teamwork, everyone is always willing to help other departments, is a family-oriented company with a great atmosphere
Entrepenurial Spirit and willingness to get things done
They're working with limited resources and still are hopeful of the future
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need better leadership. Some supervisors have little to no knowledge on what’s really going on, on the floo
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The flexibility and freedom to "own" your role, with accountability for results of course.
Safety is the company's priority.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think corporate coming down & seeing how unfair the treatment is may help
What did you like most about the interview process?
I have been with the company for a while Interviewed with some one that no longer works here
they were straight forward, and told me there was room to grow and I have.
It was mostly in person
I needed a job and was hired on the spot
Short and sweet and was told right away if I got the job.

Interacting with people and problem solving
A team that works together to get a solution.
Interacting with coworkers and feeling that I've accomplished a bit each day
