We all work together, it's a great working experience.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should listen to the feedback of their employees. There is a lot of favoritism played on scheduling hours and tables

High salary, extra benefits and
The right balance between fixed and variable compensation. I'm able to positively influence my incomes.

Great part is my 401k, something to look forward to in the future.
