- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Lack of leadership, lack of communication lack of following processes lack of following processes, old system with many side systems to get the job done. New replacement will not work well for manufacturing environment. It's more geared towards financial aspects of a company.. but now stuck with it
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Replace or retrainmanagement teams that have been reported by previous employees so they don't do the same to the new next employees. Get program managers that can monitor and communicate each new line and do not release the product until the specs are approved.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication and learn to respect each other and the employees. Some managers need retraining on how to be a good manager and stop violating D&I.
