Senior Management is only concerned about Wall Street. Common business sense is ignored. They waste money with little regard of advice given by people that actually know what happens in the field.
What did you like most about the interview process?
All interviews are dependent on who the individuals are involved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My peers. Mid- Management really cared about doing their job right.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I worked with were awesome for the most part. Cared about their job and the people around them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We all understood pay cuts when the market was down but when things came back salaried mid-level employees never saw the money come back with it, and I was heavily involved on the financial side so I speak with knowledge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All of my "local" Managers were great people to work for. Decades of experience and knew how operations needed to happen to take care of the customer. Unfortunately many times they were not allowed to do what they needed to, i.e. wages, reinvesting in assets, etc., by Senior Management.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Listen to the people that actually run the business day to day. The biggest fault Operationally was the inability to be allowed to react to market changes in a timely manner. It took forever for us to be allowed to pivot to serve our customers needs. Everything took forever to be approved.
