What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open with everyone.
The leadership team is always looking at new ways to support individual bakeries and team members. They are very open to feedback and willing to make adjustments to benefit the company.
They are open, collaborative, and genuinely care about the opinions and perceptions of all team members.
I like that we do certain activities that bring us together as a team, they are all really trying to help us succeed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not being lazy and making their employees do all their heavy lifting for them cuz they csnt say no
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pet insurance was a surprise!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We celebrate making days better. We are encouraged to help our Guests and do anything to make their day better. I love helping people.
Everyone at the company is very positive and friendly. There are "Team Member of the Quarter" celebrations that recognize all star employees and bring everyone together with themed potlucks.
Everyone is accountable, so it makes everything move seamlessly.

Getting to know several people.

The people I work with make me happy, and being able to make our Guests happy
