They are easy to communicate with.
Its communication and friendliness. Moreover, I like their responsiveness to my questions
Innovative, driven by a purpose to do better in the world. You actually have a real sense of purpose working at Sustainalytics to make the world a better place.
Smart, knowledgeable, involved, deeply caring about the company, mission and people. Not doing micromanagement, leaving a lot of space to grow. This also has negative effects, as in leaving too much space for middle managers to abuse others or have their teams completely slacking off.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It pays less than other places. A tradeoff for working at a company where I really love going to work every day.
The salary is about 20% under market levels.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are communicating s lot and are enged in different projects
Social aspects. Great people, chemistry, there is a special social culture that makes it great to be there.
