What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how we are always on the same page
Immediate manager is knowledgeable, smart, analytic and on top with the best people skills I´ve ever see
They always make sure we are all on the same page with everything.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading through collaboration rather than fear.
Communication and transparency there is always gossips about what is going on.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Gift card provided by the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My skills are not recognised and the CEO has walked in and done the most obvious move - found a huge celebrity to collaborate with. But she is incredibly tacky and I believe it cheapens the brand.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team has the same views as I do regarding the CEO. We want him out.
We work together to make our goal for the month
The tenured associates are mature highly commited and fun to work with
My team is truly a family, there are ups and downs, but we love working together and always motivate each other through every challenge

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The family heritage gives us a solid and meaningful company history
Product is a driver, creativity is at its best - the company potential is huge
I love how we keep in contact with our customers and it always keeps them coming back either for a conversation or to see what's new in the store
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is a lack of trust and stability very often evryone feels out of place and looking for other jobs
What did you like most about the interview process?
Fairly quick, without a lot of ridiculous 100 tests and interviews.

This was the first interview that actually felt like a conversation and not an interrogation.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Salary negotiations did not occur until you signed the employment agreement.
I would decrease the formality
What makes you most happy at work?
I love meeting new people each day I work, and hearing their stories about their adventures around the city

The quality of the products vs price is an issue
