What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to attend school through a grant program.
The dental and eye care packages
Bonus are Extremenly generouse and fare
The insurance is good. Don't get many safety bonuses because of miles
That I can buy health insurance
Well of course the free money that they provide on the 401K
We have a quartely bonus program for the office and shop and monthly for our drivers.
Insurance that covers the wife's medical issues
It has everything I need

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay for the daily work.
Just seems like no one cares.
Operations are considered more important than support staff. Leadership will at times break company policy and occasionally the law in support of operations. We are paid less than operations although are education and skill is significantly higher
