My team is all supportive staff, all mechanics everyday we do the impossible while being ridiculed and criticized by leadership and operations
What do you like best about your company?
I like how everything is in an organised manner and that the environment of my shop is friendly. There is time to make sure we are clean and proficient
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Operations are considered more important than support staff. Leadership will at times break company policy and occasionally the law in support of operations. We are paid less than operations although are education and skill is significantly higher
