Managing load drops with load pickup, also it would be nice if they didn't make drivers wait sometimes an hr before responding.

Drivers making threats on mechanics and never following up on it
Not lying, transparency, management. A better question would be what don't they need to get better at.

Operations are considered more important than support staff. Leadership will at times break company policy and occasionally the law in support of operations. We are paid less than operations although are education and skill is significantly higher

Coworkers are underpaid rednecks with no sense of family. They'd rather live in their trucks than live a fulfilling life. Work, work work and don't cross the management.

This training center needs further investigation in regards to instruction the students receive as the fail rate is about 99% and the leader doesnt care about the student concerns presented to him. Nothing is done about valerie or patience conduct.
Company culture is a trash heap of failed managers, failed drivers and failed executives.
Knowing the people we're working with goes a long way.
Better planning and listening to the drivers
Respect, empathy, sympathy, benefits, wages all need to be increased for the actual drivers that power the entirety of the consumer economy.
