What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have my say in salary negotiations and it's taken seriously. There is a possibility for shares. Number of holiday days can be negotiated. Possibility to work from home.

It's inclusive! Everyone feels welcome and appreciated.
It is very inclusive, transparent and open. We joke around a lot, but I always get help when I need it.
