Communication. Letting employees know what is going on rather than leaving them to deal with situations blindly then blaming them for not doing what the manager would have done.

Fuel Operators in other companies start out at 50% higher wages than what we get after a year of service. Our annual raise is 2%, not enough to keep up with inflation.
We are not treated with respect and there's always miscommunication or no communication at all. Management lacks responsibility

Management needs to get involved in something other than covering their own asses. When a problem is reported, the paperwork is thrown away or ignored. When a change comes up, it is not communicated to the Operators and we have to hear about it third hand.
Listening to our needs, especially needs for supplies so we can do our job more efficiently
