Craig brings over 25 years of CEO and senior executive experience in enterprise software selling to Global 1000 companies focused on CRM, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, and Mobile Event Apps. He is the former: CEO of Brio Software, CEO of Overtone, EVP of Global CRM at Oracle, Partner at Deloitte Consulting who built and led the worldwide Siebel CRM Practice and Associate Partner at Accenture leading the Products Change Management Practice. Early in his career Craig was the Corporate Director of Marketing and Merchandising Systems at Safeway, which included launching the industry’s first Customer Loyalty Program.

Craig has a life-long passion for travel having visited over 50 countries, flown 5 million miles on American and United, hundreds of hotel stays and car rentals, lived in London and has a home in Lima Peru. Craig and his husband Erick live in San Francisco along with their twin 3 year old boys Christopher and Connor. When not at work, or with his twin boys, he enjoys singing, biking, skiing, and sailing.
