Always coaching, encouraging, motivating, pushing forward and striving for the best possible outcomes in all cases. We work hard and play hard. Best team culture ive been involved in during my 30 year work span.
What makes you most happy at work?
That we are meeting our goals and striving for larger dreams than we have ever had a chance to strive for previously. No joke, there are huge things happening here and we are grateful to be part of it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to control it. This is not for the timid or the weak. Those who come here to win, work HARD for it and achieve things that are difficult to imagine. But its here for the taking i you have the guts and drive.
