I am definitely going through a learning curve, but I'm confident in my success with this company. I know that if I do the right things and continuously work at fine tuning everything I'm learning, then the numbers will owe me in the end.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to interact with people I get along with and who are trying to accomplish similar goals as me, as well as the ability to help families every day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is extremely supportive and we all root each other on, no matter what. We all want everyone to succeed, and we're willing to help each other out to see that success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Your compensation is based on how hard you're willing to work, and how much you're willing to grow. If you're willing to sculpt yourself and continuously grow as a person, you can make a lot more than you expect.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was pretty short and sweet, the first interview is just to make sure you're a good fit for the company, and the second interview allows you to ask your upline all questions you have about the company. Very informative and relaxed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very positive as a whole, SFG is very much based around helping families, emphasizing growing as a person, etc. They don't talk about money or how much you can make most of the time, they focus on helping families and having the right mindset every day to be successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership in SFG is amazing, to be honest. You have an upline/mentor who is there for you at all times and will help you with absolutely anything you need. You also have seasoned agents and your agency owners who are always willing to help out as much as they can to see you succeed.
