Management is finding the right mix. But they are engaging and informative. Like anything some are better than others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen and act. Maybe not as fast as I'd like sometimes but they are definitely open and want the best for the team and company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They definitely care about who they hire and it shows in the interview process. You do get to know the company before you start and that was helpful to me.
