For starters, not being lied to every chance upper management is given. I was moved to a leadership position, with little to no training, and never received SAP access, a significant pay increase, and having to fight for badge access to get to the places in the plant, like the QC office.
Salary is not of market rate. Learned that other company is paying for the same role at 40% more that what I'm being paid now. My manager is not very keen in terms of my career learning and progression.
