I enjoy working with almost all of my co-workers. We have a great maintenance team at IDF. The only flaw is the manager.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The maintenance supervisor and manager at IDF in Monett Missouri need replaced. They do not respect other people and will only look after their own tails.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Maintenance Supervisor at IDF needs to be looked into. We have tried to talk to our maintenance manager and nothing has come of it. It's got to the point people will start walking out. Please look into this.
