Listen to employees and care

Maintenance Supervisor at IDF needs to be looked into. We have tried to talk to our maintenance manager and nothing has come of it. It's got to the point people will start walking out. Please look into this.

For starters, not being lied to every chance upper management is given. I was moved to a leadership position, with little to no training, and never received SAP access, a significant pay increase, and having to fight for badge access to get to the places in the plant, like the QC office.

Salary is not of market rate. Learned that other company is paying for the same role at 40% more that what I'm being paid now. My manager is not very keen in terms of my career learning and progression.

Critical thinking and common sense seem to be lacking in ALL departments. Just today (4/27/2022), I was berated for some clerical mistake that someone else made in the finishing details of a process order because it was a process order I worked on, all competed on my end, just not finances end.

I was interviewed by a gentleman who outright refused to have me work in his specific area in the plant because he felt I was a "better fit for a more manual labouring process" at the facility, to be directed to the dry blending section of Symrise.

The maintenance supervisor and manager at IDF in Monett Missouri need replaced. They do not respect other people and will only look after their own tails.

Clearer advancement opportunities.
