There have been some issue with other co-workers and when the issue has been brought up to management nothing was done regarding the issue that was helpful

The fact that you had to go through 2 rounds with different people to make sure that I was the correct fit.

Working successfully as a team to resolve issue for our customers and make sure that their issues are fixed correctly the first time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
When there is an issue that comes up between co-workers it would be better if the co-workers would listen rather then just continue to push their ideals and their beliefs upon others as if they are right and the other person is wrong. Working together as a team means compromising for a better answer
