Started excited, pushed into exhaustion which lead to burn out. First time I've experienced burnout in my 20 year career.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Infinitely and quickly creative in solution design.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Unfortunately the executive team is fixated on making their exit. This leads them to take risks in order to inflate EBIDA and it's been so long now the gaps left by those risks have completely hollowed out a once great company.
