What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good people
The opportunity in our space & our position in the market is so exciting!We have fun, supersmart people & we get things DONE for our clients
Faced paced and family oriented.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Unfortunately the executive team is fixated on making their exit. This leads them to take risks in order to inflate EBIDA and it's been so long now the gaps left by those risks have completely hollowed out a once great company.

Peer interaction
I love my manager, she cares about me as a person. I can be my true self at work. I learn something new everyday + our culture is really fun
