Nothing. It is standard with the industry.
Pay for performance is a big part.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No one except senior management (and employees who made less than $15/hour) has received a raise in three years. And the company is hiring a lot of expensive talent from truist and regions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Knowledge-driven subject matter experts who do not provide information without vetting it first.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has yet to find ways to trickle culture and environment to the employees that are most intimately involved with the customers. The culture and environment most positively impact the employees that are higher up the corporate ladder.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Good old boy network needs to change

The managers make the interview personable. It really let me exhale.
