Education - Beginning with every people manager at Syntellis, we are learning together from professionals about understanding biases, embracing diversity and inclusion and sustaining equity in our organization.

Engagement - Our Diversity & Inclusion Committee is made up of volunteers who want to help us make Syntellis a great place to work. For all of us!  And they partner with our Employee Engagement Committee to bring it to life.

Innovation - We are looking for new ways to broaden our diversity. Our D&I committee is partnering with our recruiting team to look at new sources for talent, and we are pleased to be participating in the SEO Career program, which trains high achieving Black, LatinX and Native American college students for challenging summer internships that lead to coveted full-time jobs. We are part of a cross-company initiative called the DEI Lab that leverages leading DEI expertise to educate and inform our HR and DEI teams.

We have much to learn and work to do. But we will get there together.
