Kris Kildahl leads Human Resources for Syntellis Performance Solutions. With more than 20 years of Human Resources Management experience, she oversees all aspects of the HR function, including recruiting and onboarding, strategy, compensation, benefits, performance management, organizational development, and corporate culture.
Prior to joining Syntellis, Kris held HR management positions in banking, manufacturing, private practice consulting, and public sector and non-profit organizations. Her experience across a variety of industries and settings gives her broad perspective on how best to leverage human resource practices and maximize benefits to the firm and its employees.
Kris received her M.B.A. from San Diego State University.
