Matt Colman leads legal operations for Syntellis Performance Solutions, including overseeing client contract negotiations, strategic transactions, compliance, and corporate governance. Matt provides practical legal advice to help Syntellis deliver industry-leading solutions to its clients.
Prior to Syntellis, Matt was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis where he focused on structuring and negotiating complex transactions involving technology, intellectual property, content, and data. Matt also previously served as in-house counsel for the Chicago Bears Football Club.
Matt holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Hamilton College.
