How's the work life balance at Syntronic?
Pretty decent, if you’re working in house, because you don’t have much project. But most likely you’ll be dump to some clients, so yeah that depends on the type of client youre getting
What benefits does Syntronic provide?
In KL, they provide pretty basic medical coverage for you and your spouse and childrens. Basic optical and dental benefits. No bonus, no allowances for projects, at least they used to have, but not anymore. No Overtime claim. 14 days medical leave, 15 days annual leave.
