What do you like best about the leadership team?
Openness to change and willingness to do the hard work to make SYSPRO a success for customers, partners and staff.
My experience with the leadership team has been positive. They are open to feedback and while they may not always act on it, for reasons i may not be privy to, i do feel heard, which is very important to me.
Humble and visionary leadership, genuine approach to develop and grow employees to grow the business
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There should be more "team building."

A balanced, employee-centric view toward work schedules
we are quick to celebrate the wins of our colleagues and there is a focus on personal growth for those who are interested

THE MANAGEMENT NEED TO CHANG THEY'RE WAY OF THINKING ON HOW THEY WOULD TREAT THEY'RE EMPLOYEES
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting with all levels of the organization, including both direct reports and peers
I got a chance to get to know a bit about the people and a preview of what it might be to work there.
It is a very engaging process and very conversational
