Caring, understanding, motivation and respect are hallmarks of the leadership style

No cost of living increases. You have to produce to get paid more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With inflation so high they need to compensate instead of switching managers around to avoid pay increases.

Smart, dedicated, coordinated, respectful

Organize the company by teams instead of randomly placement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect and understanding. Consideration for the family

Spend less on parties and more on employees.
