Mr. Edward Giltenan, also known as Ed, is the Head of Public Relations and Vice President at T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Mr. Giltenan also serves as a Head of Global Public Relations and Vice President at T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. and his team is responsible for external communications, including global media relations and critical communications. He joined the T. Rowe Price in 1995 and worked in shareholder communications and public relations until 2000. Mr. Giltenan left the firm in 2000 and rejoined in 2008. Previously, he served in a variety of senior communications positions at Citigroup, including the Head of Global Communications for the firm's asset management division. Prior to his, Mr. Giltenan was a Senior Director of Public Communications at the Investment Company Institute. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of Paul's Place. Mr. Giltenan earned a B.A. in Communication Arts from Marist College.
