Mr. Kenneth Van Moreland, also known as Ken, CPA has been Chief Financial Officer at T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. since March 8, 2004 and as its Vice President and Treasurer since 2004 and 2010 respectively. Mr. Moreland served as the Chief Financial Officer at T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. Prior to March 2004, he served as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Director of RTKL Associates, Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Moreland served as a Client Service Partner at Coopers & Lybrand. He has extensive experience in accounting, finance and treasury management. Mr. Moreland servers on the Boards of Directors of the Baltimore Development Corporation, University of Maryland Medical Systems and Messiah College. He has also been active on the Owings Mills Corporate Roundtable and has served as Chair for the past ten years. Additionally, Mr. Moreland has served on the Boards of Towson University and the Y of Central Maryland. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Moreland received a B.S. in Business Administration from Towson University.
