Naoyuki Honda — Country Head for Japan at T. Rowe Price Group

Mr. Naoyuki Honda is the Country Head for Japan at T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. since May 2016. Mr. Honda leads overall Japanese business and distribution strategy, working closely with senior colleagues. He is also responsible for the overall management of the firm's office, ensuring maximum coordination of the Japanese business across all functions locally and with other offices. Mr. Honda also liaise with Japanese governmental and regulatory authorities, as well as industry associations. With over three decades of experience in the financial services and asset management industries, he joined the firm from Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley PB Securities, where he has spent a decade, most recently as the Managing Director, Chief Product Officer, and Head of Marketing and Product Development. Prior to this position, Mr. Honda spent 20 years in senior management and sales roles at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Japan, Merrill Lynch Japan, and at Goldman Sachs. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director at BlackRock Japan Co. Ltd. Mr. Honda began his career at Sanyo Securities Co., Japan, in 1983. He graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in International Finance and Trade from Louisiana State University in the U.S.
