Robert Charles Trant Higginbotham — Head of Global Investment Services at T. Rowe Price Group

Mr. Robert Charles Trant Higginbotham has been the Head of Global Investment Services since October 1, 2012 at T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Mr. Higginbotham is responsible for institutional distribution globally, as well as distribution via financial intermediaries in Latin America, EMEA and the Asia-Pacific region. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer and President for Europe at FIL Investments International. Mr. Higginbotham was the President of European Mutual Funds at FIL Limited. He joined FIL in April 2007. Mr. Higginbotham also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director at Fidelity Investment Services Limited. He also served at Fidelity Worldwide Investment as Chief Executive Officer for the Europe, Middle East and Africa and Latin America regions. Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Higginbotham served as the Global Head of Product at Schroders plc. He worked at Schroders from 1999 to 2006 as the European Marketing and Retail Sales Director, Retail Sales Director and Global Marketing Director. Mr. Higginbotham also worked at Prudential plc between 1990 and 1999. He is a Vice Chairman of the Forum for European Asset Management. Mr. Higginbotham is a Director of T. Rowe Price International Ltd. He served as a Director of Investment Management Association since May 2009, FIL Pensions Management, FIL Real Estate Investment Management Limited, Financial Administration Services Limited, FIL Investment Advisors (UK) Limited and FIL Investment Services (UK) Limited. Mr. Higginbotham received a Master's degree in Business from the Imperial College and a B.A. (Honors) from The University of Sheffield.
