Mr. Scott B. David serves as the Head of Individual and Retirement Plan Services at T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and served as its Head of U.S. Investment Services. Mr. David served as the President of Workplace Investing at Fidelity Investments until 2010. In that role, he was responsible for all aspects of the firm's defined contribution, defined benefit and stock plan administration. Mr. David joined T. Rowe Price Group in 2003 and held several leadership positions within Employer Services Company. Prior to this, he served as the President of U.S. Retirement Services at Scudder Investments. Mr. David served as an Advisor at BrightScope, Inc. He has been the keynote speaker at various pension conferences and serves as a Board Member of the Employee Benefit Research Institute. Mr. David has also appeared on National Public Radio, CNBC, the Wall Street Journal, NY Times, Business Week and other major media outlets. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Miami University in 1988.
