While base salary is low, total take-home pay ends up getting the total comp package close to market. (Low health benefits deductibles, stock, annual bonus, free food, etc.)
Comp is way too low at tableau. There are a lot of people leaving now and this is the primary reason.

RSUs are way less than they were in previous years.
When comparing salary across one role on sites like PayScale Tableau is in the 20th percentile. Also JDs may not fit day-to-day work.
