J. Y. Pook — Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific at Tableau Software

Mr. J. Y. Pook serves as Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific at Tableau Software, Inc., and served as its Vice President of Asia Pacific. Mr. Pook served as Managing Director and Vice President of Asia-Pacific of Fair Isaac Corp. since August 2006. Mr. Pook has nearly 20 years of technology industry experience in Asia-Pacific. He was responsible for leading the development and execution of Fair Isaac's strategic growth initiatives in Asia-Pacific, including Australia, New Zealand, China, Taiwan, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Korea, and the Philippines. He is also responsible for establishing and growing successful relationships with the Fair's local clients and strategic partners, as well as leading all aspects of the Fair's operations and staff based in the region. Prior to joining Fair Isaac, Mr. Pook served as Vice President of China Operations for Business Objects in Singapore and Shanghai, where he led the development and execution of Fair Isaac's strategic growth plan in Asia-Pacific, and subsequently with focus on the Greater China area. Mr. Pook also served in leadership positions for Onyx Software, NetFrame Systems and Texas Instruments in Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining Business Objects, he served as Managing Director of Asia-Pacific of Onyx Software. He successfully established Onyx Software offices in Asia-Pacific and grew its regional business into a market leadership position. Prior to that he held management positions in the Asia-Pacific divisions of NetFRAME Systems and Texas Instruments. He holds graduate diplomas in financial management and marketing management from the Singapore Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and mathematics from the National University of Singapore.
