Mr. Keenan M. Conder has been General Counsel and Secretary of Tableau Software, Inc. since January 2012 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Conder served as Vice President of Tableau Software, Inc. since January 2012. Mr. Conder served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Isilon Systems, Inc. since June 2007. Mr. Conder joined Isilon Systems in June 2007. Prior to joining Isilon, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Expedia Inc. since August 2005. Prior to Expedia, he held senior management positions at Travelocity.com and Sabre, Inc. Mr. Conder served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of IAC Travel from March 2004 to the spin-off date. Prior to joining IAC Travel, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Travelocity.com LP from May 2002 to February 2004 and as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Travelocity from June 2000 to April 2002. Prior to joining Travelocity, Mr. Conder held various positions in the legal department at Sabre Inc. from 1996 to 2000, served as Senior Managing Attorney from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, he worked as an attorney in the legal department of American Airlines from 1994 to 1996 and prior to that with Munsch, Hardt, Kopf, Harr & Dinan, a Dallas law firm. Mr. Conder received an AB in Economics at the University of North Carolina and a J.D. from Wake Forest University.
