What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership appears to be obsessed with celebrities, and primarily interested in themselves. Software quality and on the ground impact are irrelevant to Salesforce. They are not trustworthy, and lean heavily towards "narcissist"
Leadership is slow to make decisions that are not difficult to make. Depending the team, nepotism exists. There is a lack of accountability.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
RSUs are way less than they were in previous years.
When comparing salary across one role on sites like PayScale Tableau is in the 20th percentile. Also JDs may not fit day-to-day work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People need to care more. There should be more transparency into velocity.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A general understanding that moving from a start-up to a enterprise level company takes time and effort and some hard decisions.
