Prior to joining Tableau in 2004, he held finance positions at private and public companies including Time Warner Inc., IDG Books (since acquired by John Wiley and Sons), Peakstone Corporation and Beacon Fire and Safety, LP. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the Arizona State University and a master's degree in business administration from Baruch College.
