The people around me - they are just a very good bunch of people. Mostly smart and hard working, open to talk and share ideas, take criticism well and share their ideas and insights with me
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
First - people are genuinely nice to each other. Second - People discuss their mistakes openly, you don't have to be afraid if you made a mistake as long as you fix it. People are open about what they know, no hoarding of information like I've seen in other places.
