The managers don't run after you to see what you do and when they look at the results and trust you,
Ego-free, inclusive, humble and kind people
The people are great and the vibe in the office is cool and welcoming. It's a good balance between work and fun. Lots of activities going on from week to week.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
For most of the roles on our team the process is twice and sometimes even more than twice as long as in most tech companies. Even juniors have to undergo 5-7 stages. Many of the interviewers don't come prepared and ask the same questions over and over again.
