Lunch! ;) (just kidding...) I would say the fact that even in a large company my opinions/ideas/suggestions are still valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are great and the vibe in the office is cool and welcoming. It's a good balance between work and fun. Lots of activities going on from week to week.
