It has been brutal. Talon consistently changes policies wirhour notifiying employees and pretending that we are in thw wrong. Pay is minimal, compared to work performed and travel. They DO NOT compensate for gas and long driving nor do thet compensate for extra additons to capture process

Employees are not paid well. No future outlooks.
