What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Show up for their shift instead of staying up late and then calling in 6am the morning of to get coverage from everybody else.
Leadership is wishy washy and is never consistent with employees or customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commsion based on your sales
He purposely keeps low amount of employee to not give benefits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More security. HR team. Better pay
Getting paid more and maybe a little bit more benefits. The only thing you get is one free tan/spray tan a week at most.
Minimum wage is not enough to deal with the angry customers that come in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co workers are nice
Staff are hardworking snd good at the job
Employee are positive and wonderful at helping learn about product knowledge and beds
they we will fill in for each other when needed

Cancellations don't happen, boss is a bully, she needs to be replaced
People think the owner is always in a bad mood. Customer have told me they avoid the store if they see his car out front.
