Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Under market scale for current position/experience by about $8K. Healthcare benefits are too expensive/coverage is sparse with very high deductibles. Bonuses are once per year for the same amount that 10 years ago would be a quarterly bonus.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Show up on time ready to work, stay available and engaged when on the clock

Our product and executive teams need to understand who their clients are internally and push for innovation on workflow

outsourcing with no transfer of knowledge/expertise. We should invest in the talented people who can move us forward and take their feedback to heart in all actions
