Mr. Kevin G. Wills has been Chief Financial Officer of Coach, Inc. since February 21, 2017. He served as an Executive Vice President of Operations for Parisian at Saks Inc., from February 2002 to May 2005, where he has overseen the financial operations, store operations, human resources and merchandise planning functions of that $700 million division. He joined Saks Inc., in September 1997 and served in various financial and operational roles of increasing responsibility. He played an instrumental role in Saks' sale to Hudson Bay Co. He served as Vice President of Financial Reporting from September 1997 to August 1998 and served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning from September 1998 to August 1999. He served as Senior Vice President of Planning and Administration for Saks Department Store Group (SDSG) business segment of Saks Inc., from September 1999 to January 2003. He served as Chief Operating and Administrative Officer of Parisian of Saks Inc. Before joined in Saks Inc., he served as Vice President and Controller for the Tennessee Valley Authority. He started his career in 1988 as a Business Assurance Manager and Audit Manager for Coopers and Lybrand (now known as PwC), an accounting and financial services firm. He has been the Chairman and Director of Tivity Health, Inc., since November 1, 2015 and 2012 respectively. He has been a Director of Kate Spade & Company since July 11, 2017. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Wills earned his BS degree in Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University.
