He served as Senior Vice President of Targa Resources Partners LP from December 15, 2010 to May 2015. He served as Senior Vice President of Targa Resources Corp. since October 25, 2010. His professional experience includes energy investment banking and equity research. He served as Vice President of Finance at Targa Resources Corp. and TRI Resources Inc. from March 2008 to October 2010. He also served as Director of Corporate Development at Targa Resources Corp. from March 2006 to March 2008 and at Targa Resources GP LLC from October 2006 to March 2008. He served as Vice President of Finance at Targa Resources GP LLC since March 2008 until December 2010 and TRI from April 2008 to October 2010. Mr. Meloy joined TRI Resources Inc. in 2006 where he served as Director of Corporate Development. Prior to joining Targa, he served with The Royal Bank of Scotland, in their structured finance group focusing on the energy sector from October 2003 to March 2006, having also served as its Assistant Vice President. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
