Strong benefits, profit-sharing and a great base pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You are only measured against sales per salesperson for the annual bonus. This can be demotivating since the sales cycle is either long or undefined. Perhaps making other sales metrics relevant would be good, such as the number of meetings or opportunities generated.

Everyone gets along well and there are no office politics.
Outstanding workplace services including a subsidized meal plan and a state-of-the-art on-site gym.
